Note 5. Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities As of February 28, 2022 and May 31, 2021, the accounts payable balance was $62.4 million and $65.9 million, respectively, with two vendors accounting for 62% and 19% and 72% and 14%, respectively, of the total balance of accounts payable and accrued liabilities. The components of accrued liabilities are as follows:
As of February 28, 2022, the entire amount of Accrued legal settlement and fees primarily related to accrued legal fees. As of May 31, 2021, $11.0 million of Accrued legal settlement and fees was comprised of $10.6 million related to legal settlements, with the remaining amount related to accrued legal fees. |
